Strict health and safety protocols will be in place during the Asics Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series in Manila on 19 June, as organizers want to ensure hassle-free staging of fancy events.
A medical team has been set up and runners in four different sections will have the option of wearing masks even as race spectators and those who will join the party later will always have to observe physical distance.

The 10K and 5K races will start at 5am and 6pm, respectively, where the 21K and 42K events will start at 5pm, both in Rizal Park, as the race, organized by The Ironman Group, will take runners through historic sites in Manila. The walled city of Intramuros.
All entries will receive an email confirmation with their respective QR codes, which they, along with the organizers, sponsors and staff, will present at the check-in gate / area on the day of the race (printout or mobile phone).
There will be blurring music during the unique race as runners return to the National Museum Complex, Manila Cathedral, Manila City Hall, Cartilia en Katipunan, Jones Bridge and Binodore Chinatown and Lunetta.
