Aaron Black, Allen Maliksey, Raymond Almazan, and Bong Quinto finished with 12 or more as Meralco kept the Phoenix unbeaten in the tournament.
Fuel Masters have drawn 26 points from Jason Perkins. Matthew Wright chipped in at 16 and RJ Jazul as Fuel Master went down to 13 0-2.
The next in line for Norman Black and his charge is Converse, bringing a thrilling overtime win against conference finalist Magnolia.
Phoenix, meanwhile, is hoping to break down while playing Terafirma, an injury-hit club is also looking for its first win at the conference.
