MANILA, Philippines – Almond Vosotros has limited his stunning shooting performance to another championship in the PBA 3 × 3 Third Conference Playoff as TNT Purefoods, beating 21-13, and Robinsons Magnolia in leg 3 on Tuesday.

The veteran TNT guard finished with a game-high 12 points as he almost outscored the entire Titan team during the final and Tropang Giga won their second title in the last three legs of the individual tournament.

Mau Belen’s trainer, TNTO, claimed the Leg 1 crown three weeks ago.

Vosotros burned out throughout the playoffs and averaged 11.6 points as Tropang Giga bundled out Sista 21-16 in the quarterfinals, leg 2 champions Meralco 18-14 in the semifinals, and P1,000 to advance to the Pourfoods to dominate the Championship game.

La Salle playmaker Grian Mendoza also got a lot of help, adding six points and eight rebounds. Larvin Flores and Ping Aximiano scored the trump gigs.

The Titans were in their first final after winning leg 4 of the first conference, but fell behind against TNT because top gunman Joseph Eriobuk was held from the floor just four points to 3-11.

On the way to the championship round, Purefoods defeated Unlimited App 21-19 in the quarterfinals and Platinum Karaoke 18-16 in the semifinals.

The runner-up finish for the Titans was valued at P50,000, who received seven rebounds from newcomer Marvin Hayes.
