Andrew Wiggins was +15000 to win the NBA Finals MVP in the tipoff of Game 5 on Monday. By the end of the game, he had been removed from the discount rack long before.
Warriors teammate Steff Curry is a favorite at Fandoule-360 but Wiggins lowers his price in the MVP futures market to +2000 with a 26-point, 13-rebound effort when Golden State needs someone to aggressively pick up slacks. Curry was 7 out of 22 after his 43-point explosion in Game 4 in Boston.
Celtics guard Jayson Tatum +400 at FanDuel and DraftKings and +380 at BetMGM.
The Celtics host Game 6 and still occupy three of the top five places in the NBA Finals Futures Market at FanDuel, DraftKings and PointsBet. As of 10:30 ET on Tuesday, Wiggins’ odds have not yet been adjusted to BetMGM (+1800).
BetMGM listed Curry as a favorite at -350, ahead of Tatum (+375).
Curry missed nine 3-point attempts in Game 5.
Wiggins scored 17 points with 16 rebounds in Game 4 in Boston.
