MANILA, Philippines – Dwight Ramos has signed a new Japan B-League team, Levanga Hokkaido, for the 2022-23 season.
Hokkaido on Wednesday announced the acquisition of Filipino imports to further improve its roster as it seeks to improve from 16th place with a 21-35 record.
“I am very excited to play for Hokkaido next season. I was able to visit Hokkaido twice last season and I loved the city, “said Gilas Pilipinus in a statement.
“I am also looking forward to playing with some of the most talented players in Hokkaido and hope to make it to the playoffs next season! I’m excited to play for fans and boosters in Hokkaido. “
Levanga Hokkaido has signed Dwight Ramos for the BLeague 2022-23 season.

Ramos played for Toyama Gross in his first B-League season.
In the 2021-22 season, Toyama finished 24-35 in 14th place.
