MANILA, Philippines – After serving in the 31st Southeast Asian Games, Janelin Olsim is now ready for her next big fight in the One Championship.

Tim Lake has won a bronze medal at the recently concluded Hanoi SEA Games in Voviname and is set to fight Julie Mezabarber at ONE 158: Passio vs. Brooks June 3.

“My training for a championship and the SEA Games is ongoing. I just need to make minor adjustments and additional training so that I can incorporate Vovinam into my MMA training, ”said Olsim.

The One Championship Atomweight fighter defeated Chanthalaksa of Laos 4-3 in the first eliminator to advance to the semifinals where she won a bronze medal in the women’s 55kg category.

Olsim added that the success of his team-mate Stablemates in Hanoi serves as an inspiration for his fight against the mezzanine.

Fighters from Team Lake carried the Philippine flag at the SEA Games vivinum and kickboxing competitions.

In the main event of the same card, Joshua Pacio will defend his One Strovet World Championship against rival Jared Brooks at ONE 158.
